This winter, the Montafon cable cars aren't surprising us with new lifts or slopes, but with a new ski pass pricing model. We'll explain what's behind it.

With the ski deal and a 10% ski bonus, you can enjoy an affordable ski holiday in the most beautiful regions of the Alps in Germany and Austria. Simply unbuckle your board and enjoy the view: that’s vacation. Show off your skills at the Fun Park Montafon at the Fredkopf Lift with a fantastic view of the Montafon mountains. The valley station of the Versettla cable car takes you up to over 2,000 m into the Silvretta Montafonin ski area and is only a few minutes away from the Explorer Hotel Montafon.
Those who book early benefit!

Starting in the 2022/23 winter season, you can book your day and multi-day tickets for the Montafon ski areas online long before your vacation begins.

But what exactly does dynamic pricing mean? This means that the prices for ski tickets change and are recalculated daily. There is a starting price for each season, but this price can increase (upward) depending on demand.

You can book your tickets online from home, eliminating the need to queue at the ticket office and giving you more time on the slopes ;)

How do you get the best price?

The earlier you book your ski pass, the cheaper it is. You can view and purchase ski pass prices in the ski resorts' online shops. The price shown there is always the best and cannot be cheaper.

The ski pass can also still be purchased on-site. The prices online and on-site are always the same. Only the time of purchase determines the price.

Will skiing become more expensive with dynamic pricing?

Compared to the previous model with fixed prices, it will be cheaper on some days. Early bird rewards are just as new, as are low prices on off-peak days. But it's also a fact that prices can rise during peak season or on weekends.

Children and seniors can still purchase discounted tickets.

Protect yourself with the Carefree Package

You have the option of booking the Carefree Package when purchasing your ticket. The cost is 5% of the total ticket price. This applies if you are unable to start your day of skiing due to illness, injury, pregnancy, or other factors.
