Garmisch

For those looking for action, we recommend tobogganing. The toboggan run in Oberndorf is illuminated daily until 11 p.m.
Zillertal
Want to have lots of fun in the largest ski valley in the world? It's super easy with numerous fun slopes, children's areas and blue pistes! Would you rather go ice skating, curling or tobogganing? That's possible too! Another highlight is the Nature Ice Palace on the Hintertux Glacier.
Ötztal
Child-friendly slopes, gently sloping terrain, and perfectly groomed runs can be found in the Hochötz ski area in WIDI's Kinderland in the Ötztal. Ideal for beginners. 🤫 The small ski areas of Vent, Niederthai, and Gries are also great for learning to ski. You can go ice skating on Lake Piburger in winter. The BIG Family Ski Camp on the Stubai Glacier offers unforgettable winter fun for the whole family. With family-friendly slopes, toboggan runs, children's ski schools, and snow playgrounds, a winter holiday in the Stubai Valley will be a highlight. A highlight for all young skiers is the largest children's ski area in Upper Austria, the Sunny Kids Park, located on the Hutterer Böden. Aside from skiing, there's the panoramic indoor pool in Spital am Pyhrn, the Eurothermen Resort in Bad Hall, numerous toboggan runs, and curling. You won't get bored here, we promise! 🥳
Bad Kleinkirchheim
The family-friendly ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim is the place to go if you're looking for slopes suitable for beginners and children, as well as some advanced runs. The best part? The access point is right behind the hotel. A ride on the Kaiserburg Bob is a must-do during your vacation. You'll find swimming fun at the St. Kathrein Thermal Spa, directly across from the Explorer Hotel.
Montafon
The Golm ski area in Montafon is perfect for families because the slopes aren't that steep. The Alpine Coaster also runs here in winter, and if you and your family need even more slopes, the Silvretta Montafon isn't far away either.
