In the summer, you can enjoy a variety of tours and always have a fantastic view of the Alps.
There are more than 1,160 kilometers of hiking trails to choose from between Gargellen, Silvretta, St. Gallenkirch, Hochjoch, Rätikon Mountains, and Gaschurn. The hikes take you through lush alpine meadows and forests, past glittering mountain lakes and reservoirs and idyllically situated huts to panoramic peaks in the Montafon. One thing is certain: in the Montafon, you can gain a lot of altitude and always find an alpine pasture.
For your mountain and hiking tours, you can also use cable cars. If you don't mind climbing high altitudes, you can simply start from the valley.
How about a trip to the Hochjoch? Those with a head for heights can tackle the Zamangspitze, while those who want to take it a bit easier can take the 3-Lakes Panorama Hike. The Versettlabahn is also perfect for a great time in the mountains. This cable car, like the Explorer Hotel, is located in Gaschurn and offers stunning views and opportunities for tours and hikes from the mountain station.
