Enjoyable via ferrata with a circular tour in Montafon
It's a 20-minute walk to the valley station of the cable car in Gaschurn. Once you reach the top of the Versettla cable car, take the gravel road down to Alpe Nova.
From Alpe Nova, continue up the valley toward the mighty Madrisella. At the Seressee lake, turn left at a boulder to the access path of the via ferrata. The path becomes quite steep at the end.
Tip: It's best to put on your equipment beforehand and then climb to the entrance on the stem.
Once you reach the Madrisella via ferrata, it will make even the most fit alpine athletes sweat: the 2 to 2.5 hours at difficulty level C/D are a reasonable challenge even for advanced climbers!
Once you reach the exit, it's only a five-minute hike to the summit. There, an incredible panoramic view awaits you at 2,466 meters.
