For example, you'll find out that the eggs at the Explorer Hotel Neuschwanstein come from the Köpf community farm next door. Cool Fact - Our hotel manager takes the old bread to the farm to feed the chickens, and they supply the hotel with fresh eggs. This avoids food waste and supports local suppliers at the same time.
