Who I am...
I grew up in the early 80s in Thuringia, specifically in Bad Salzungen. I completed my apprenticeship as a hotel manager in Fulda. After that, I went straight into the world of Michelin-starred restaurants. Then came the Bundeswehr, where I served for four years. After that, I was drawn to the big, wide world and signed on to the MS Europa. There, I discovered the world for 13 months. After that, I wanted to explore the mountains and was able to participate in the opening of a five-star wellness hotel – so I already know what awaits me in Farchant. After that, I went to Sylt for two years, then a year in Australia, Austria, Tegernsee, and then back to the wellness hotel I helped open for nine years.
Last year, I got married, and this fall we're expecting a baby...😊

- Like many restaurateurs, I drink way too much coffee...
- My passion is soccer. I've always played in a club since I was little, but now I'm just a spectator (after knee surgery...)
