Trail for experienced runners to the Breslauer Hut

A great trail from Vent via the Rofenhöfe. On the way to the Breslauer Hütte, you'll pass many small highlights, such as the small chapel and the suspension bridge.

The parking lot is approximately 46 minutes by car from the Explorer Hotel in Vent, near the chapel. It's free. However, if you take the front parking lot by the cable car, you'll need a ticket.

Now it's time to put on your running shoes and let's go! To begin, cross the wooden bridge to the left of the chapel and then immediately keep right, past the Hotel Alt Vent. There, turn right again, along the Spiegelbachweg and descend a few meters. The path then leads left along the Rofenache into the valley.

The first summit cross isn't far behind, as you pass the old summit cross of the Wildspitze. Now you must always follow the signs to the Breslauer Hut.

The path climbs the mountain for most of the way along a beautiful path until the Rofenhof Inn and the chapel come into view. Shortly before that, you must cross a suspension bridge. From here, you can look deep into the Rofen Gorge. Above the inn, follow the trail to the Breslauer Hut, past the avalanche barrier, and then climb up the Mitterkar in many switchbacks. From there, keep left and continue up the mountain until you reach the Breslauer Hut.

Once you reach the top, you can quickly order a small refreshment before heading back down. This is the same as the outward route.
