Preparation for the cycling marathon
The night before a cycling marathon, you should definitely eat a sufficient dinner. Make sure you also consume enough carbohydrates, but not too late, so that your body has enough time to recover overnight.
And while we're on the subject of sleep: You should definitely give your body eight hours of sleep.
Tips on the day of the cycling marathon
