Participation in the competition on the Explorer Hotels website (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer") www.explorer-hotels.com is only possible subject to these terms and conditions. The competition is not supported by Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube and is in no way affiliated with Facebook/Instagram/YouTube.

Participation is open to all natural persons of legal age 18 or older who are legally competent. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. By participating, the participant agrees that, in the event of a win, their name and/or photo may be published online by the organizer. This photo will be made available to the organizer during the 2025 summer season.

Participation is only possible within the deadline specified in the competition description and using the method specified (booking of at least 3 nights). Legal recourse is excluded.

Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the competition are excluded – within the limits of the law – regardless of the legal basis, unless the organizer has intentionally or grossly negligently violated statutory obligations. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website due to technical malfunctions beyond its control, events of force majeure, or attacks by third parties against the competition website. However, the organizer will do everything possible to ensure the reliability and functionality of the competition website. Furthermore, the organizer does not guarantee that the competition website will function properly on the respective participant's computer.

The organizer assumes no liability for prizes/services provided. The terms and conditions of the respective provider apply.

Each winner is responsible for their own physical condition. The organizer assumes no responsibility for the winner's physical condition when redeeming the prize.

The organizer guarantees the highest possible data protection standards within the scope of the competition and complies with all relevant legal provisions. The organizer will not pass on any personal data to third parties or sell address data. The organizer will store the personal data of each participant exclusively for the purpose of the competition. The participant hereby expressly consents to the storage and use of the provided personal data for the above-mentioned purpose.

In the event of disputes, German law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, shall be the registered office of the organizer. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or relocates their residence abroad after participating, the registered office of the organizer shall also be the agreed place of jurisdiction.

If multiple bookings are received in accordance with the rules, the winners will be selected by random drawing. Legal recourse is, of course, excluded in this case as well.

The organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, or terminate the competition without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. This applies in particular if software and/or hardware errors occur and/or other technical and/or legal reasons affect or make the regular and proper conduct of the competition impossible.
