Tina Fischl is a professional mountain runner and the reigning ski mountaineering world champion. Alex is also an avid mountaineer and endurance athlete. At the Explorer Trail Running Camp in Hinterstoder or Berchtesgaden, participants benefit from the combined expertise of these two endurance athletes.

At the trail running camp in Berchtesgaden from July 11th to 13th or in Hinterstoder from September 5th to 7th, participants benefit from the full experience of the enthusiastic endurance athletes and discover the diverse trails around the two Explorer Hotels.
Your guides Tina and Alex Fischl spend every free minute in nature and the mountains and are happy to share their enthusiasm with others and provide helpful tips for running in the mountains.
From insider tips for the perfect trail run to the best viewpoints – they know how to really push yourself in the mountains! Be ready for pure trail running power and lots of fun!
Depending on the participants' running experience and fitness, there's also the option of dividing the group into two levels for the runs, so everyone gets their money's worth.

The trail running camp program
Friday
3:00 p.m.: Welcome and brief introductions
3:30 p.m.: Start of the first relaxed trail run, running ABCs & running technique training
Approx. 5:30 p.m.: Return to the hotel & time to relax in the sports spa
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together
Followed by: Group discussion & Q&A session
Saturday
7:30 a.m.: It's Yoga Time
9:00 a.m.: Breakfast
11:00 a.m.: Group Trail Run
7:00 p.m.: Group Dinner
Followed by: End of the Evening
Sunday
7:30 a.m.: Breakfast
9:00 a.m.: Group trail run (approx. 3 hours)
Around noon: Return to the hotel, feedback session until 6 p.m.: Time to shower & individual departure
