Bike tour with a large portion of single trails in the Montafon region of Austria
A tour with a large portion of trails. Set against an impressive mountain backdrop. Our tip for all all-mountain riders!
Attractive and flowing trail on the sunny balcony of the Montafon
You start the tour in Bartholomäberg at the church (there's also easy parking at the sports field) and follow the Lindaweg. At the end, the trail continues quite high up the Neyers Legi before turning sharply left at the next fork onto the Rellseck.
The trail leads past the Rellseck Alpine Inn to the Alplegi, where you reach the highest point of the tour at 1,800 meters. This is followed by a short descent on the gravel path towards Alpe Latons.
The trails begin shortly after the Alpe: the traverse to the Falla has a few tricky sections and climbing passages. The subsequent trail sections are a true delight—technical but also flowing. Via Lake Torasee and Lake Fritzensee, the route descends to the starting point in Bartholomäberg.
