Road bike tour from Zillertal to Innsbruck

"Today is the day, Innsbrooklyn I'm coming for you!*

You start directly at the Explorer Hotel Zillertal and immediately turn left. You cycle happily along the Ziller River until you cross the Ziller Bridge shortly before Hart im Zillertal, continue along the path, turn left, and immediately after that, turn right.

Now you continue on "Fügen Straße" until it turns into Schlittersstraße. A few kilometers later, you turn left again onto Astholz Weg and later right, cycling through the town.

At the next intersection, before the Gasthof Hotel Post, take the left turn and continue on the Rotholzer Landesstraße towards Rotholz. At the first fork in the road, turn right and follow the path over the Inn Bridge.

Once you reach the cycle path, continue cycling along the Inn River until just before Schwaz, where you turn right twice and later left. You cycle through Vomp and follow the Vomper Landesstraße to Terfens.

You will soon reach the town of Fritzens via the Fritzenerweg and Terfnerweg. Here, stay on the same path and arrive in Innsbruck after 4 kilometers.

Um... and how exactly do I get back?

Just keep following the logic – the same route, only in reverse ;) And if your legs are still holding out: In the center of Fritzens, take the exit onto Bergstraße at the roundabout and continue along it to Gnadenwald. Here you can take a relaxing break and get some well-deserved refreshments at the famous Speckbacher Hof Inn.
