We've put a lot of thought into making a sustainable vacation in the Ötztal Alps possible for you. At the Explorer Hotel Ötztal, it starts with environmentally friendly construction. For energy generation, we rely on a mix of different energy sources, thus maximizing the use of renewable energies.
In detail, this means:
Additional electricity is generated using eco-gas for heating and hot water. Our electricity needs are covered by our own PV system on the roof. The proportion of self-generated electricity is therefore up to 23% over the entire year.
