It all started with Adela, who picked up the pace right from the start. She laughed afterward: "I actually wanted to take it easy – but then this adrenaline hit."
Julia stepped up the pace on her road bike and showed that she wasn't just having fun, but was also really fast: "I just let it flow – legs good, mood good, and then you just fly."
Felix trudged toward the Grünten during the mountain run and realized: "That was less running, more climbing with a heart rate of 180."
Andrea took over on the downhill and shot down into the valley – his conclusion: "Braking is for beginners."
Then Nils came along on his mountain bike: a bit slippery, but doable. "It wasn't that bad – a bit of dirt is part of it, otherwise it would just be cycling."
And Fabian finally brought the team to the finish. His motivation? "The prospect of Kässpatzn (cheese sparrows) – that's more motivating than any finish line."
