Simon Gegenheimer wins the overall World Cup and we were there
The Explorer Hotels were at the UCI MTB Eliminator World Cup in Winterberg
Last weekend, we were able to accompany the pros from the MTB Racing Team to the World Cup in Winterberg and congratulate Simon Gegenheimer on his overall World Cup victory. And you could also win something at our booth: a vacation in one of 10 Explorer Hotels.
MTB World Cup in Winterberg
In classic autumn weather with rain and wind, we accompanied the pros from the mountain bike racing team, led by reigning World Champion Simon Gegenheimer, to the Eliminator World Cup in Winterberg in the Sauerland region this weekend.
From a sporting perspective, things couldn't have gone better: Simon secured the stage win and the 2022 Overall World Cup victory. Marion Fromberger, who was unable to compete due to injury, was delighted with second place in the overall World Cup.
