Learn from the world champion: professional riding training on the e-bike
E-bike training in the Explorer Hotels
(Umhausen) Even if your own power is sufficient, it's simply fun to push your limits on an e-bike. MTB Sprint World Champion Simon Gegenheimer and his teammate Nils Riecker will demonstrate how to do this safely at the e-bike camp from June 24 to 26 at the Explorer Hotel Ötztal.
While participants hone their riding technique on varied trails in the morning, workshops on mechanics and personal mobility are scheduled in the afternoon. At the hotel's own bike area, equipped with a wash area and workbench, riders then get their bikes in top shape for the next day. Over dinner, the pros chat about their experiences in a relaxed atmosphere. The Explorer E-Bike Camp costs from €349 (€389 for a single room) for two nights, including a breakfast buffet, packed lunches, dinner, and use of the Sport Spa with sauna. All you need to bring is your own e-bike and some riding experience.
