This is what your day as a Team Leader (m/f/d) looks like:
- Service is in your blood, your passion for your job is contagious, and your team feels it every day.
- You coordinate all processes in the breakfast area, at the bar, and in conference catering, and you enjoy actively participating in service.
- You conduct regular You conduct quality controls and monitor compliance with HACCP standards. You handle goods requests, invoicing, and support the hotel team manager in creating the staff schedule. You share your excellent destination knowledge with your team and train them regularly.
