With the project Your Job on the Mountain, you will get a taste of a restaurant in the Allgäu region as a permanent team member for five months and will also receive a coaching program in which you can develop personally.
This means: Through active participation and personal coaching, you can gain valuable experience for your future professional life.
Working and fully integrated into the company
Working in the hotel industry, you will learn a lot about organization, teamwork, structure, and daily encounters with new people. You will also make new friends and gain new insights into professional life every day. The internship and coaching will help you not only in your future professional life, but also in your daily life.
You will gain insight into all the different areas so you can learn as much as possible. Here you will practice right from the start what it means to work in a team and also to take on responsibility yourself.

The project was founded in 2020 by Katja Weigand and Brigitte Rössler. The two aim to help young people learn through everyday workplace situations and provide participants with personal guidance for their future career choices. This gives them an insight into the hospitality and catering industry and perhaps helps them discover their passion for a career in tourism.
