Apprenticeship as a hotel specialist (m/f/d)
Training Content
As an apprentice, you'll be part of the entire hotel team and gain insights into all areas of our hotel. No two days are the same: You'll learn how to interact with guests, organize processes, and work with your team to ensure our guests feel completely at ease.
😀 Welcoming, advising, and assisting guests
🛏️ Preparing and checking rooms and learning about housekeeping
🍹 Serving food and drinks and assisting in the breakfast and bar areas
📊 Coordinating workflows and gaining initial experience in staff scheduling
📦 Ordering goods, managing inventory, and conducting stock checks
💻 Supporting marketing campaigns and learning about business processes within the hotel
Vocational school: 1 or 2 days per week or block release
Training Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate, preferably intermediate school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification
- Understanding of business processes
- Organizational skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Good manners
- Negotiation skills
Training duration: 3 years

Since we want to teach you as much as possible and show you everything involved in event organization, we offer the apprenticeship for 3 years. Shortening the apprenticeship is not possible.
