Your tasks are:

  1. You conduct regular inspections and checks in our properties
  2. You are responsible for identifying and rectifying defects and keeping our properties in good condition
  3. You take care of scheduling maintenance and actively participate in the maintenance plans
  4. You coordinate the cooperation between the hotel and external trades and technical companies and, in cooperation with the on-site maintenance technicians, monitor the work carried out
