Technician (m/f/d) in building management
Do you have a technical and construction/craftsmanship aptitude, love variety, and are looking for a new full-time challenge?

Description
Your tasks include:
- You will conduct regular inspections and checks on our properties.
- You are responsible for identifying and rectifying defects and keeping our properties in good condition.
- You take care of scheduling maintenance appointments and actively participate in developing maintenance plans.
- You coordinate the collaboration between the hotel and external craft and technical companies and, in cooperation with the on-site building technicians, monitor the work carried out.
- You are partly responsible for the technical implementation of operator responsibility in our properties.
- You will be performing manual labor in our properties, carrying out minor maintenance work.
You bring the following:
- Completed vocational training in a craft profession and initial professional experience
- Ideally, training in HSL or electrical engineering.
- Experience in real estate and building management
- Experience in the construction industry (conversions, renovations, etc.)
- Driving licence class B
- Structured, organized and independent work
- Quality awareness, reliability, friendliness, team spirit, honesty, discretion and absolute loyalty
