Skiing and glacier fun 365 days a year
Glacier skiing at 3,250 m - up here you'll also find the panoramic terrace, which is barrier-free. The view of the countless mountain peaks would be perfect for new #ExplorerMoments ;)
- The only year-round ski area in Austria
- Slopes at up to 3,250 meters
- 52 kilometers of slopes
- 8 km of ski routes
- Longest valley run in the Zillertal: over 12 km to Hintertux
In addition to the countless slopes, there's much more to experience here. A visit to the natural ice palace is worthwhile: In the ice cave, you'll be 30 meters below the slopes, and you can even take a boat ride through the glacier lake.
Another highlight is the Spannagel Cave natural monument. The only marble cave in the Central Alps is 12.5 kilometers long, making it the largest rock cave. The first 500 meters can be visited on a guided tour. The Spannagel Cave is also a great alternative for bad weather.
So whether you're looking for a cool down on your summer vacation in the Zillertal or spending your winter vacation in Tyrol, you should definitely always have skis in your luggage.
