Did you always win the scavenger hunt at your child's birthday party? Well, then it's time to relive that childhood memory during your vacation in the Ötztal Valley. These days, it's called "geocaching" ;) And the best part: While you're on the treasure hunt, you also explore the area around your vacation spot in Tyrol :)
Modern or more old-school?
In your search for caches, you'll discover numerous corners of the Ötztal Valley using GPS coordinates. If you don't want to go with a GPS device, you can also go on a treasure hunt with a treasure map. You can get these at the Ötztal Tourism information offices.
The information office in Umhausen is just 400 meters from the hotel :)
