Whether you're a beginner or an advanced skier, you'll hone your technique, get valuable tips, and enjoy the unique cross-country skiing experience in the Tyrolean mountains.
1:45 p.m.: Arrival at the Niederthai cross-country ski trail
2:00-4:00 p.m.: First practice on the trail
4:00-7:00 p.m.: Check-in and time for the Sport Spa
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together at the Ötztalerei (dinner included)
Followed by a relaxed get-together and Q&A session about cross-country skiing and waxing tips and care

9:15 AM: Departure for the cross-country ski trail in Niederthai
9:30 AM-12:00 PM: Practice on the trail: Technique training, specific exercises

1:30-3:00 PM: Practice & exercises on the trail
3:00-7:00 PM: Return to the hotel & time to relax in the Sport Spa
7:00 PM: Optional group dinner (not included)

9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: Practice on the cross-country ski trail, consolidating the previous day's knowledge

Modules may vary depending on weather and snow conditions. Carpooling is required for the journey to the cross-country ski trail.

Design rooms
Modern designer rooms with plenty of storage space, a safe, a bench in the panoramic window, and a comfortable double bed.
Breakfast buffet
Choose from 70 fresh, high-quality, and predominantly regional products. The highlight is the do-it-yourself egg frying station.
Sports Spa
With Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, relaxation room and fitness area with strength and cardio equipment.
Bike and Ski Area
You will find lockable sports lockers, a workbench, a washing area, as well as tour suggestions and tips for ski courses, and much more.
Who is the camp suitable for?
The cross-country ski camp is suitable for everyone. Beginners can gain their first experience on the trail, while those with a little more experience can fine-tune their technique.
Which technique styles are taught (classical, skating)?
You can choose between classic or skating. Depending on the number of registrations, these will be offered for beginners and intermediate skiers. We reserve the right to combine groups or not offer them at all if the number of registrations is too low.
What is the catering like during the camp?
Breakfast is included.
Packed lunches are included.
Lunch is available along the trail (to be arranged on-site, not included).
Dinner.
Friday at the Ötztalerei is included.
Saturday is self-organized, not included.

Which trails do we use?
The course takes place in Niederthai. Carpooling is required (approximately 15 minutes). It's suitable for beginners and advanced students.
Is there equipment or rental options available on site?
If possible, please bring your own equipment. If you don't have any, please contact us. Rental options are available nearby.
Is there a minimum number of participants / will the camp be cancelled if there are too few registrations?
If there are too few participants, the camp will be canceled or an alternative program will be offered. We reserve the right not to offer every technique style if the number of participants is too low.
What is late check-out?
With late check-out, you can use your room until 6 p.m. on your departure day. After the official camp, you can still shower, use the sports spa, or do whatever you want :)
As a camp participant, can I also travel with a friend who does not want to attend the camp?
Yes, of course! You'll get a double room, which means you even get the cheaper camp rate! To book, please send us an email or call us.
At the cross-country skiing camp, we will learn the basics together so that you can enjoy skiing in the future.
