Your daily training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d)

Training content

As an apprentice, you'll be part of the entire hotel team and gain insight into all areas of our hotel. No two days are the same: you'll learn how to interact with guests, organize processes, and work with your team to ensure our guests feel completely at ease.

😀 Welcoming, advising and assisting guests
🛏️ Preparing and checking rooms and getting to know the housekeeping area
🍹 Serving food and drinks, as well as assisting in the breakfast and bar area
📊 Coordinate workflows and gain initial experience in personnel planning
📦 Process orders, manage warehousing and conduct inventory checks
💻 Support marketing campaigns and learn about commercial processes in the hotel

Vocational school: 1 or 2 days per week or block release courses

Training requirements

1. Secondary school leaving certificate, better intermediate school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification
2. Understanding of business processes
3. organizational talent
4. Teamwork and communication skills
5. You have good manners and speak fluent German and English.
6. Negotiation skills

Our benefits for your well-being:

1. Additional benefits: If your day is longer than expected, each hour of overtime worked will be compensated with €12 gross, and you will also receive Sunday, holiday, and night shift bonuses.
2. Christmas bonus: 50% of the basic salary
3. Rewards: Good grades are rewarded in a If your annual report card shows an average grade of 2.0 or better, you will receive a €250 report card bonus in both your first and second year of apprenticeship.
4. School: The company covers the cost of books, materials, and photocopying.
5. Mentor: an experienced trainee will be by your side for the first 6 months.
6. Training and further education: Through our internal academy, we support you with professional and personal development throughout your apprenticeship.
7. Team event: Once a year, action and fun with the entire team, as well as a celebratory send-off for all trainees with your family.
8. Job guarantee: With a grade point average of 2.0 or better and a corresponding training certificate

Training duration: 3 years

Compensation:

1st year of apprenticeship: €1,160

2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,260

3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,360
