1. Warm Temperatures
The spring sun will warm you up nicely, and you can ditch the layers of clothing.
2. Empty Slopes
Let's be honest, most skiers go on ski vacations when EVERYONE else does. And that's during the school holidays. In March, that means no queues, no slalom skiing on the slopes (though you can still do that, of course), and you might even snag a table at that really good mountain hut.
