Goodbye orange juice...
We made a conscious decision to remove orange juice from our product range. Orange trees require a lot of water, usually come from distant countries, and are grown in monocultures with heavy pesticide use. This is compounded by long transport routes and energy-intensive processing.
With us, you'll find fruit juices from the region, such as blackcurrant, apple, and apricot juice.

The absolute highlight in every Explorer Hotel is the do-it-yourself egg frying station. Prepare your eggs exactly the way you like them. Choose between boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or an omelet. You can spice things up with onions, tomatoes, and breakfast bacon. A great side effect: You always have a fresh, hot egg dish, and no food is wasted.
Vegan alternatives
Of course, we're also thinking about the vegans among you and are already working on great new components for the breakfast buffet. Currently, in addition to fruit and vegetables, bread/rolls, margarine, 12 different jams, and various mueslis, we also have plant-based milk and some vegan spreads.
