How do I use the infrared cabin correctly?

The infrared cabin is gentler than a traditional sauna – it warms you from the inside out and is therefore particularly gentle on your joints and circulatory system. It's ideal for anyone seeking relaxation and warmth without the discomfort of intense heat, and perfect for post-workout recovery.

Here's how to use an infrared cabin correctly:

1. Preparation

  • Drink plenty of water before entering the cabin – the heat stimulates circulation and you lose fluids.
  • Undress or wear light clothing (e.g., swimwear or a towel). The more exposed skin, the more effective the infrared rays will be.
  • Cleanse your skin with a damp cloth or take a quick shower – this helps the heat to be absorbed more evenly.

2. Temperature & Duration

  • The temperature is around 50°C – significantly lower than in a sauna.
  • The duration is 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your experience.
  • * If this is your first time using an infrared cabin, start with 15 minutes and gradually increase the time.

3. During Use

  • Sit comfortably in the cabin, leaning slightly against the infrared emitters so the heat can penetrate evenly.
  • Breathe calmly and deeply to promote blood circulation and relax your body.
  • Read, listen to music with headphones, or simply close your eyes – the important thing is that you feel comfortable.
  • If you get too warm or your circulation reacts, leave the cabin immediately and rest.

4. After Use

  • Remain sitting or lying quietly for a few minutes to allow your circulation to stabilize.
  • Drink water or herbal tea to replenish lost fluids.
  • Take a lukewarm shower afterward to remove sweat and any dissolved substances from your skin.

5. Frequency of Use

  • For a pleasant and healthy result, using the infrared cabin 2–3 times per week is sufficient.
  • Regular use can relax muscles, strengthen the immune system, and support recovery after exercise.
