Experience animals up close: Family fun at the wildlife park near Kitzbühel
Red deer, lynx, peacocks, wild cats, alpacas, snowy owls, and many other species call this home. Aurach Wildlife Park is home to approximately 250 animals in total!
The circular trail through Aurach Wildlife Park takes an hour; the path can be a bit steep in places. But most of the time, you walk on a wide path that's easy for children to manage.
!!! Feeding is prohibited in the wildlife park, but visitors can watch the wild animals being fed at the feeding station every day at 2:30 p.m. and thus observe the animals themselves. !!!
One of the highlights at Aurach Wildlife Park in Tyrol is the Streichlstadl, which is especially popular with children. In this stable, little explorers can meet goats, rabbits, sheep, and other petting animals.
Parking & Food
Where can I park? There are free parking spaces for visitors directly in front of the Aurach Wildlife Park in Tyrol. The inn with a sun terrace is also located here. Here you can fortify yourself before your hike or recharge your batteries after a day full of adventures and enjoy the view of the Kitzbühel Alps :)
