Just hiking? You can do that. But you definitely don't have to at the Hocheck adventure mountain near Oberaudorf. Families with children, in particular, can expect a varied day here with playgrounds, a summer toboggan run, a zip line, and many other attractions.
Take the 4-person chairlift for a relaxing ride up the mountain. Once there, you can explore, play, discover, or simply enjoy the panoramic views. Several mountain huts and restaurants await you around the Hocheck summit for a break.

- Summer toboggan run: Ready for the descent? The approximately 1,000-meter-long summer toboggan run leads down into the valley and even includes a 360-degree loop along the way. You control your speed.
- Oberaudorf Flyers: Now it's time to fly! On the Flying Fox , you'll glide through the air on a steel cable and experience the Hocheck mountain from a completely different perspective. Definitely something for anyone who wants a bit more action.
- Freefall slide: Still not enough? Then head to the 68-meter-long freefall dry slide with a spiral . Hop into the slide bag and off you go!
- Disc golf, Frisbee meets golf: Instead of a ball and club, you try to get your disc into the baskets with as few throws as possible. Perfect for a little challenge with family or friends.
Opening hours
The chairlift and summer toboggan run are usually open from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm in dry weather. The flying slide and freefall slide operate from 11:00 am Wednesday to Sunday. It's best to check the current opening times online before your visit.
Arrival from the Explorer Hotel Bayrischzell
From the Explorer Hotel Bayrischzell, you can reach the Hocheck by car in about 30 minutes. Parking is available directly at the valley station – from there you can take the chairlift up to the adventure mountain.
