The Museum for Enthusiastic Skiers in the Upper Allgäu
The FIS Ski Museum is located in the Fischen Heimathaus (Fischen Local History Museum) and is one of only 30 FIS ski museums worldwide. For a museum located in a typical Allgäu farmhouse, it's a great way to step back in time. Exhibits include jumping skis from 1925, curling stones, and ice skates from the past, as well as models from today.
In the ski workshop, you'll learn about various tools needed for making and repairing skis.
